Joseph Wilson has been recruited as relationship director with Aaron Cummings joining as assistant relationship director.

Joseph joins from Close Brothers Property Finance where he spent over a decade, most recently as a BDM.

Aaron is rejoining Shawbrook, having worked at the lender as a portfolio manager between 2021 and 2023, and since then has held roles at CBRE and ASK Partners.
